These terms apply to your use of the RealCBDOils website and to orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean RealCBDOils.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information. Content on this site is general information only and is not medical advice.

2. Product information and pricing

We aim to describe products and show prices accurately, in Canadian dollars. Product images are for illustration. We may correct errors in product information or pricing, and the total shown at checkout is the amount payable for your order.

3. Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order is a request to buy. An order is accepted and processed once we have manually verified your payment. If we are unable to accept an order, we will contact you.

4. Payment by Interac e-Transfer

Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer. After you place your order, send the exact order total to the email address shown on your order confirmation and include your order number in the transfer message. Orders are not processed until payment has been manually verified.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada at the flat charges shown at checkout. See Shipping and Delivery.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, delivery and contact details, for reading product labels and information before use, and for speaking with a qualified healthcare professional about your own circumstances. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information to us through the website or by email.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits any rights you have under applicable law.

The content, design, text and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
